Thank you for using our service. iSolve is an education platform that is set up to assist students of all disciplines to lean, acquire knowledge and solve questions that pose unexplainable difficulty. iSolve has put together a team of seasoned professionals with vas experience across different fields of study, who help students in their academic work, since 2018.
Using our service
This platform offers you the opportunity to understand most importantly, how to approach questions, and also assist in providing suggested solutions to aid learning. To fully enjoy our services, you must register as a student and agree to our terms and conditions. You must as well follow all the policies in using this platform. We urge you not to misuse the platform.

- Ask a question, by uploading the question in pdf
- Select subject area (subject area need not be specific. Always chose a related area if you do not find the specific subject area)
- Select the solver you prefer by examining the various available solvers profile
- Chose delivery form, whether handwritten or typed
- Chose delivery time, either standard ( 3hrs and above), or express (15 minutes – 2hrs)
- Request explanatory audio (this is to help explain whatever solutions we provide. We urge students to request the audio at all times)
- Plagiarism level (PL) (we anticipate that we may receive the same questions from different people. A 100% PL means the students get a restructured solution which will not be the same as what other students who has asked the same question has gotten. PL level reduces according to the percentages)
- Explanatory note (students will be required to add explanatory notes to aid the solver to deliver an accurate solution as much as possible, also specify the exact time the solution is required)
- Make payment (students will be required to pay a fee for the services provided them. Generally, payment is through mobile money for all networks, and debit cards. Payment is done in two parts. After asking a question, the question is reviewed and a fee is charged. Students are required to pay 50% to initiate solving. When the solution is ready, students are then required to pay the final half. Students will be able to download the solution after this payment is confirmed. The solution cannot be downloaded until final payment is confirmed. Always use the view button to access payment)
- Download solution (solutions that are ready for download and have been paid for will be accessible on the students dashboard, just click to download)
- Make a complaint/report (students are given the opportunity to make a complaint when there is an issue. Where a solution provided scores less that the assured mark, a refund is possible. However, students must provide us with the marked script as well as a different solution that has the capacity to dispute the solution provided by iSolve. When these conditions are satisfied, the alternative solution is reviewed and 100% of the amount paid is refunded)

To register as a solver
To become a solver on our platform, you will need to register. After registration, your details will be examined and you will be contacted for further engagements. After every other examination is passed, your registration will be approved and your account will now be accessible to you.
A solver can do the following

- Upload solution

Pricing
The charges for our services are charged by the solvers in consensus with the administrators to ensure that there isn’t exorbitant fees. After a fee is charged, 50% payment is required to allow the solver kick start solving. After solving, the solution will be uploaded and the second 50% paid before the solution can be downloaded.

iSolve is meant to assist students to excel in their academic and professional studies. As such, we are not responsible in any way, for losses, discomfort or whatsoever inconveniences that may accrue to or suffered by any person, party or individual after using this platform.
TERMS AND CONDITION:
Users of the iSolve platform agree to upload questions that are not leaked exam questions of any kind, agree to the accuracy threshold of 70% and shall upload an alternative solution and the marked script provided by iSolve in order for refunds to be processed. Users agree that refunds are capped at 100% of the fee paid.
DATA PROTECTION:
The data we collect is fully secured and protected. We do not use data for any other purposes except to analyses the extent to which this platform can assist its users. We only use the data to improve the service we provide to users.
