Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to iSolve+, a platform that connects students with professionals who can provide assistance with their academic queries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iSolve+ platform.

2. Account Types

iSolve+ offers two account types: Student and Solver.

2.1 Student Accounts

Students can ask questions by uploading them to the platform. Students can select from multiple solvers and pay 50% of the fee charged by the solver. Once the solution is ready, the student pays the remaining 50% and can download the solution. Students can report issues with the solution if it scores less than 70%. To report an issue, the student must send an email to iSolve+ with the following information:
The question asked initially, The solution provided, An alternative solution that disputes the solution provided by the solver
iSolve+ will review the case and may provide a refund of 80% of the total fee paid.

2.2 Solver Accounts

Solvers must be verified by iSolve+ before using the platform. Solvers are paid 80% of the total revenue generated by the solver, 7 working days after the month ends. Solvers can request payment via email. Solvers must submit their required documents to get verified by iSolve+.

3. Payment Terms

Students pay 50% of the fee charged by the solver upfront. The remaining 50% is paid once the solution is ready. If a student reports an issue with the solution, iSolve+ will review the case and may provide a refund of 80% of the total fee paid. The 20% refund deduction is for platform and admin fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Students must not upload leaked questions or questions that are not for their learning purposes. iSolve+ shall bear no liability for any actions taken by students or solvers that infringe on intellectual property rights. Students agree to upload questions that are for their learning purposes only.

5. Verification

Solvers must submit their required documents to get verified by iSolve+. iSolve+ reserves the right to terminate any user at any time, without notice.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a student disputes a solution provided by a solver, they must send an email to iSolve+ with the following information:

iSolve+ will review the case and may provide a refund of 80% of the total fee paid.

7. Payment Schedpe

Solvers will be paid 80% of the total revenue generated by the solver, 7 working days after the month ends.

8. Termination

iSolve+ reserves the right to terminate any user at any time, without notice.

9. Liability

iSolve+ shall not be liable for any damages or losses respting from the use of the platform. iSolve+ shall not be liable for any actions taken by students or solvers that infringe on intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

iSolve+ may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iSolve+ regarding your use of the platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15. Waiver

iSolve+'s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. Force Majeure

iSolve+ shall not be liable for any failures or delays in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control.
By using the iSolve+ platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the iSolve+ platform.
